Our underfloor heating systems are warranted against defects in materials for a period of up to 50 years. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Exclusions This warranty does not cover:
1. Improper Installation: Any issues arising from improper installation, including but not limited to installation by unqualified personnel, failure to follow installation instructions, and use of non-approved components or accessories.
2. Modifications: Any alterations or modifications to the system not authorized in writing by the manufacturer.
3. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, discoloration, and cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the system.
4. External Factors: Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture.
5. Maintenance: Any issues arising from a lack of proper maintenance as outlined in the user manual.
6. Unauthorised Repairs: Any damage resulting from replacements performed by unauthorized personnel or with unauthorized parts.
Liability Limitations The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components, at the manufacturer’s discretion. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the underfloor heating system, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranty Claim Procedure To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and access to the installation site for inspection if required. The manufacturer will review the claim and determine the appropriate course of action.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties Except as expressly provided in this limited warranty, the manufacturer disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Severability If any provision of this warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
