The Hydaheat 400KPA Foiled Underfloor Heating Panel is a high-strength, pre-routed XPS insulation panel designed for efficient installation of water underfloor heating systems.

Available for both 12mm and 16mm UFH pipe, each panel is precision-grooved at 150mm pipe centres and finished with a durable 100-micron reflective foil layer to help distribute heat effectively across the floor.

With a high 400KPA compressive strength, the panels provide a strong and stable base for domestic and commercial underfloor heating installations while helping to keep overall floor build-up to a minimum.

High-Strength 400KPA XPS Construction

Manufactured from high-density XPS (extruded polystyrene), the panels provide excellent compressive strength while remaining lightweight and easy to handle during installation.

The 400KPA compression rating provides a durable foundation capable of supporting demanding floor applications, making the panels suitable for both residential and commercial UFH projects.

100-Micron Foil Facing

Each panel features a 100-micron foil facing designed to assist with heat distribution across the floor and provide a durable surface for the underfloor heating pipe installation.

Combined with the insulating XPS core, the foil-faced construction helps direct heat towards the floor above and improve the performance of the UFH system.

Pre-Routed at 150mm Pipe Centres

The panels are supplied pre-routed at 150mm centres, removing the need to manually cut pipe channels during installation.

Two options are available:

• 16mm thick panel – designed for 12mm UFH pipe
• 20mm thick panel – designed for 16mm UFH pipe

This provides consistent pipe spacing and makes installation quicker, neater and easier.
