Hydaheat Cement Coated XPS Underfloor Heating Panel
The Hydaheat Cement Coated XPS Underfloor Heating Panel provides a practical low-profile solution for water underfloor heating installations. Manufactured from extruded polystyrene (XPS) with a durable cement-coated surface, the panels combine insulation, pipe positioning and a strong surface ready for the next stage of the floor construction.
Available for either 12mm or 16mm UFH pipe, allowing you to select the panel most suitable for your installation.
Two Panel Options
Choose from:
12mm Pipe / 16mm Panel
1200mm x 600mm x 16mm panel designed for 12mm underfloor heating pipe.
16mm Pipe / 20mm Panel
1200mm x 600mm x 20mm panel designed for 16mm underfloor heating pipe.
Both versions are pre-routed at 150mm centres.
Cement-Coated XPS Construction
The panels feature an XPS insulation core combined with a cement-coated surface, providing a lightweight but durable UFH installation panel.
The cement coating provides a suitable surface for compatible tile adhesives and flooring systems while protecting the XPS core during installation.
Pre-Routed at 150mm Centres
Pre-formed channels make positioning the UFH pipe straightforward and help maintain consistent 150mm pipe spacing throughout the installation.
This reduces the amount of setting out required on site and helps create a neat and organised pipe layout.
